Born and raised in Wake Forest, North Carolina, Alex graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Accounting and Supply Chain. After gaining early experience as a Staff Accountant and later transitioning into procurement and operations, Alex discovered his true calling in real estate and land development. With an extensive background in meeting strict deadlines, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering strong client and vendor relationships, Alex has successfully partnered with local builders to develop residential subdivisions and commercial properties. His expertise spans across the entire development lifecycle — from land acquisition and site planning to construction management and final delivery. As a third-generation developer, Alex combines a deep-rooted understanding of the industry with a forward-thinking approach, aiming to create communities that offer both practical living spaces and long-term value. Ali is a career real estate agent with a track record of closing residential, new construction, equestrian farm, and land transactions. A lifelong horse enthusiast, she raises, breeds, and shows Paso Fino horses and previously served as president of the Paso Fino Piedmont Horse Association. That background gives her specialized insight when evaluating farm and equestrian properties.

Donna has been active in North Raleigh real estate since 2003, with expertise spanning new home sales, rental investments, and corporate administration. Her hospitality background informs the customer service standard she applies to every transaction. Her professional reputation for integrity and results is her trademark.

Mary Ammons has called the Triangle home for nearly four decades, ever since she traded Long Island, New York for North Carolina life in 1985. It didn’t take long for the area to become more than just a place to live, it became the backdrop for her family, her career, and the community she loves. In 1991, Mary met and married Rusty, and together they built their dream home that same year. It’s still where they spend their days, now filled with the joy and energy of their daughter, son in law, and three young granddaughters. Family time is her favorite time, and those moments keep her grounded in what truly matters. Mary’s real estate roots run deep. She began her career in property management, overseeing large residential communities and learning firsthand the importance of service, communication, and trust. Those early years shaped the way she works today—always with care, always with intention. More than 25 years ago, she earned her Broker’s license and stepped fully into residential real estate, where she has since helped countless clients find the place they call home. In 2018, Mary joined Julie Wright Realty Group—a small, integrity driven firm led by a Broker with decades of experience. It was the perfect fit. Mary now specializes in residential resale, new construction, and land sales, bringing a blend of professionalism, honesty, and genuine connection to every client she serves. Phyllis transitioned from a 24-year career at Nortel Networks to real estate, bringing 20 years of experience in Wake, Granville, and Franklin County residential markets. She grew up on a tobacco farm in southern Granville County and remains rooted in the community through Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, where she serves as organist. She believes in balancing the needs of all parties in a transaction.

I am a Raleigh native, I started real estate in New Home sales in 1984. Development of new home neighborhoods has been my passion, and that dream came true in 1998. The areas I developed in over the years included Raleigh, Holly Springs, and Morrisville. I was very proud of the beautiful communities that I was able to see through to the end and to watch the homes fill up with happy new homeowners. That is what I love about Land Development! I recently joined Julie Wright Land Company and teamed up with my wife of 33 years, Mary Ammons, marking over 40 years in Real Estate! As a team we now provide expertise in land acquisition, development and sales, new homes sales, and resales throughout the triangle and all surrounding areas. I am more the land guy, and development guy, my wife is handling all the rest.
